Casa Iris is located just 200 meters from the town center and the characteristic Park of Falcade, as well as from the ski bus stop which in winter takes you directly to the departure of the Molino-Le Buse cable car, the perfect starting point for your day of skiing in the Ski Area San Pellegrino: more than 100 km of perfectly white snow-covered slopes, breathtaking views, mountain huts where you can taste the best of local gastronomy and much more.
If you are not an alpine skiing fan, you certainly won't be bored! Falcade has also a cross-country ski track and a skating rink right in the town center and a lot of paths to try the experience of snowshoeing.. and much more, it is up to you to discover the beauties and activities that the Biois Valley offers!

Not the best impression from the outside, but is as advertised. Inside is spacious, clean and comfortable and as described online. Kitchen is well equipped, with all the most would require. Good, safe parking and a 3-5 minute walk down to a bar and supermarket. Would benefit from a little TLC here and there, perhaps a coat of paint on the radiators as a start.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would use the property again. It’s a great base to explore the Dolomites.

COME STARE A CASA
L'appartamento è ampio, arredamento semplice ma è quel che basta per trascorrere una vacanza in montagna. Niente da aggiungere, ci si sente come a casa.

Appartamento molto buono
La posizione è ottima, in zona tranquilla ma nello stesso tempo centrale.
L appartamento è spazioso, peccato che il tavoli sia piccolo considerando il soggiorno così spazioso.
Mancano alcuni accessori in bagno e appendini.
Ma buono comunque per il resto.
Migliorare l arredamento, sistemare le porte aggiungere appendici in bagno/doccia e camere e un tavolo più grande

Spazi ampi e ottima posizione!
Un appartamento ampio e in posizione ottimale e silenziosa. Bagno dotato di tutto, solo la doccia sarebbe di ammodernare.
Camere ampie e spaziose, bel terrazzo soleggiato da mezzogiorno.
Vacanze splendide!
- Sistemare la doccia le cui ante sono pericolanti
- dotare la casa di un aspirapolvere
- sistemare imposte e veneziane che si “sbriciolano”.
