Faisan Estate Wines Tours and Activities

We had no power for 3 hours . I was double charged and had to wait for over a week to get the second charged reversed. The towel were dingy and damp. The floors were filthy. We have stayed there many times before but this time it was below our standards.

Kudos to Samantha and the manager who she spoke to last night. My funds were essentially tapped and they figured out a way for me to stay .

I ended up with two different rooms. Apparently, the first room had not been cleaned and was pretty disgusting, so they gave me a second room, which was probably one of the nicest rooms that I have EVER been in. As long as you get a room that was cleaned it's an extremely nice hotel
