"Great house in a great location. Short walk to Hendricks Park and to campus. Quiet and unique location. The alley way is a bit narrow which makes parking at the unit a bit tight. But if you have a bigger vehicle, you can park on the street and walk in. Excellent communication with the owner. Well ..."
