Cozy Home-Close to Lake & Centrally Located!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in the beautiful town of Fairmont! Only one block away from Lake Sisseton and only minutes away from the mall, grocery stores and restaurants. Hop on the trails, play frisbee golf, grab your friends for a pickup game of soccer, take your family to the Aquatic Park or go out with your friends for a round of golf! You will find everything you need to have a comfortable stay for a few days or an extended stay!

We do have a high-chair, pack and play, changing table pad and childrens' books and toys if requested.

In the event that you request to stay longer than 7 days, we reserve the right to enter the home on a weekly basis to change the linens, towels and tidy up the house. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed on stays longer than 14-days.

The house has 3 bedrooms with 7 beds total. The bedrooms that are accessible to you during your stay is dependent on the number of guests. For stays with 5+ guests, you will have access to the upstairs bunk room which sleeps an additional 4 people and has a 1/2 bath. If you have access to the upstairs during your stay, it can get warm during summer months and cooler during winter months. We provide a fan and extra blankets. It is also helpful to leave the door open to the upstairs on the main floor to let the heat/air circulate. We have a security camera at the front entrance of the property facing the sidewalk.
