Family Friendly Cottage With Pier and Beach on Mobile Bay

This home on Mobile Bay is perfect for families with children. This 1600 square foot home was completely renovated in 2018. The house features an open living/dining/kitchen area with seating for 8. Downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with built in queen bunks and a large bunk room with 2 double beds and 2 sets of bunkbeds. There are two bathrooms upstairs. You can enjoy amazing views of Mobile bay from a covered porch or walk out on the pier to take in the sunset, fish and swim. Boat launch 1 mile down the road. Bring your boat to the pier and enjoy time on Mobile Bay. The home is located 10 minutes from the Grand Hotel, 15 minutes from downtown Fairhope, 20 minutes from Tanger Outlets in Foley, OWA amusement park, and 30 minutes from the beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checking out on a Sunday or Monday, please take the garbage cans to the road. The cans have to face the road with the lid opening closest to the road 2 feet from the street. Space cans 3 feet apart.
Please leave towels in the bathrooms and the sheets on the unmade beds. Due to cleaning schedule we don't want wet sheets and towels left in the washing machine.
Return the keys to the lockbox. Place all outdoor furniture cushions inside the house where you found them.

Great Alabama Coast Experience

Really great location on Mobile Bay, good proximity to activities. Hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. House was very comfortable with a great back porch and deck to go with the private pier.

The Perfect Getaway

Thank you for sharing your families precious house with others. It was the perfect getaway and the kids loved the direct access to the water and prime fishing. The house was beautiful and plenty of beds/ room for multiple families!

Very nice property! The bay is a great place for kids to float & swim. Great location for exploring Fairhope & the eastern shore area, as well as easy access to Orange Beach.

Peace by the Bay

We are repeat guests. The hosts are excellent and their home is comfortable, quiet, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, and bookstores. The full pier is great for boat access and for watching the sunset.

We have stayed here multiple times and love it. Comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen, all the amenities one needs in a gorgeous natural setting. Outdoor grill, pier for water recreation, great bird watching. Perfect for a large family or for a couple alone. We hope to return.

The house is lovely! Even better than shown in the listing. Bring comfortable chairs for the dock - loved napping on the dock in my beach chair! Owners were very easy to work with and responsive.

Dreamy, relaxing home

This property is even more impressive than in pictures! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Our family enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our end of summer family trip! The owners provided a helpful guide to local restaurants, etc. and were very quick to respond when I reached out with questions about local fishing guides. We'll definitely be back!

Cute house!

We loved this house! The pier was awesome! Saw dolphins almost daily. The inside of the house was so cute. We spent a lot of time sitting on the back porch watching the ocean. We wished we had remembered our binoculars. Thank you so much for letting us borrow your house!
