"Some of the pictures on line were not accurate. We were under the impression there was a hot tub and there is only a lazy river. The rooms are somewhat dated and the furniture is old. The view is nice the little store, restaurant and outdoor grill restaurant were a nice amenitie. The view was nice but farther away than I expected. The beach is super nice and chairs are available for rental. Overall good value for the location."

"As soon as we stepped into our room, it smell of dog urine (even though this hotel is not pet friendly). We thought it might air out when we turned the A/C down to cool the room off but it did not. I requested a new room and they were able to accommodate me. However, we got in that room and it smelled of cigarette smoke (even though it was a non smoking room). The hallway of the 4th floor was also very stained all throughout. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly but I will not be staying here again."

"The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. we couldn't be more happy with our stay. The room was great and the beds were comfortable, breakfast was really good as well. The hotel and staff is absolutely amazing and we will continue to come back when we're in town to see family. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and hospitality."

"Good hotel with a side view of beach. They charged extra for breakfast and parking and did not have a coffee maker in the room or an alarm clock. Parking was very crowded with a lot small spaces designated for compact cars (duh) instead of a all standard size spaces. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. They are building a new hotel on the side so there will probably not be any more side beach view rooms after this year. All nearby restaurants were exorbitant with all but one place in gulf shores with meals below $20."

"Overall we had a nice stay. The room was clean, breakfast was good, although there were not very many choices. We didn't use the pool but it was clean and looked nice! Only 2 issues arose during our stay. 1) We stayed in a nonsmoking room and building, but the hallway REEKED of marijuana. The smell somehow got into our bathroom as well. 2) We paid a cash deposit that's to be refunded on checkout day, please be aware that if you do this, you cannot get it back until after 9am. Management told us housekeeping has to inspect your room first and they do not arrive until 9am. It's pretty inconvenient if you are early leavers like we are and/or have an emergency to where you cannot wait around until then. Overall for a budget hotel it was a nice stay and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a quick, clean, and cheap stay!"
