"I would give or check in staff 5 stars-kind, helpful, efficient. I wish I had noted his name, as from that point forward we were dismissed. My elderly mother in law needed coffee in her room, and the first day had pods. They were never replaced even after requests. We were told she could buy coffee at Dunkin. She moves with a walker, so while possible would have taken the energy she needed out of her leg for the family event. It took 3 requests to get bedding for the couch and when we asked for towels at 8AM were told they were "All out". Could not store luggage and were told there was no wiggle room for even one of our rooms to check out later. Oh, and I got to assist with a community member who was having a problem in the public restroom and had to get security. We had 8 nights between 3 rooms. Well over $3000 for this stay and we had to claw for basic support. I've stayed in many Philly hotels, some great, others fine, this is the only one I've said I wouldn't recommend it at all. "

"One night stay. The bed was soft and location at the beautiful campus excellent. We had a tasty light breakfast at Saxby’s. The one window would not close fully due to warping."

"“The hotel itself was actually very nice and surprisingly modern. The inside was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy, welcoming feel. My room was definitely on the smaller side, but it was super cute, very clean, and thoughtfully designed to make good use of the space. The room also came with a mini fridge, electric stovetop, microwave, cookware, and dinnerware, which made it convenient for preparing simple meals during my stay. The check-in process was completely contactless, which was smooth and easy. There were keyless room entries and remote customer service assistance available if needed, which added a modern touch to the experience. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s no private parking available, so guests have to rely on street parking along a fairly narrow street, which can be a little inconvenient depending on the time of day. The other downside was the surrounding area. While the hotel itself felt safe and comfortable inside, it’s located in a noticeably impoverished neighborhood with several vacant properties nearby. That may be something to consider depending on your comfort level and travel needs. Overall though, the actual hotel experience exceeded my expectations.”"

"So the space was beautiful. Clean, spacious, comfy bed. Exactly as depicted, no parking as expected but that was made clear in the listing so no problem there. Check in instructions were clear and accurate. No problem getting in. The problem came when I tried to take a shower and the tub wouldn’t drain and then these little black particles started coming up from the drain. I messaged the property and never received a response. I ended up leaving early the next day to go home and wash up there. It would have been a perfect stay otherwise."
