"Delightful week in Mashpee with unexpectedly nice weather for May. You are able to see the ocean from the dining area and private beach access is a short walk away (but does require a large flight of stairs down to water)."

"Wonderful location to the beach and excellent stay. Washer and dryer repairmen were supposed to come out but never showed up but that's not the owner's fault though. Twin beds downstairs were very creaky everytime you turned. May I suggest a step stool in the kitchen because some of the cupboard shelves were very high. All in all,it was a very nice place to stay in."

"Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night."

"It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill."

"This house is a lovely place to stay ! All brand new and immaculate! The hosts are very helpful and pleasant. The house was stocked with snacks, coffee and tea. Wry comfy atmosphere! Highly recommend"

"Very nice location for a friends or family get together. This is a nice, quiet location if you just want to relax. We had 5 friends staying and it was prefect. 4 bedrooms, with multiple beds in two rooms for kids if you have them. The communication with the owner was excellent. I had a couple of questions, and within minutes, they responded. Nice view of the water with a small deck on the front of the house. Only minutes from the beach. The beds were good and there was a lot of space for...

"The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering.
