I called to see if the pool was heated and was told it was.... When I got to the pool It was cold. I got in as far as my legs. The pool area itself was cold...which didn't help. Black out curtains don’t close - front desk “oh yea we know several rooms mothers are not getting to operate the curtains” and AC squeaked all night / choose somewhere else until they can get maintenance onsite.
