"What an absolutely wonderful stay! It was so fantastic to step through the front door after a long drive and see such a beautiful, clean, and welcoming unit! It’s beautiful and clearly well cared for. The host is incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had, no matter how small or insignificant of questions they were! So many thoughtful touches like soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, detergent ready and waiting by the washer, and dishwasher detergent right by the sink. This may seem trivial, but it makes a world of difference. Especially when traveling with children. The views of the harbor were beautiful from each and every deck. Get ready for some stunning sunsets! The rec center with beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, mini golf, playground, etc was just steps away but far enough where you won’t hear any noise. The incredibly friendly staff at the rec center always clean towels ready and waiting at the front desk for us. One recommendation - if you love pizza try Sara’s Pizza (formerly Big Apple Pizza).We truly cannot wait to visit Fairfield Harbor again. Especially with such a beautiful rental available for to stay at that’s free from any disappointing or unexpected features to consider! If you want to have an incredibly wonderful stay, this is the place to stay!"

"This studio apartment was just what I needed for my trip. I was able to work here during the day in peace, and go out to see friends at night. The hostess answered all my questions, and was always on top of things. There is a pool and other amenities, and a grocery store and restaurants close by. I will book this studio again when my friends have our next planned get together."

"This is a good property. It is just outside the city near water (not the main river, a side creek. It's a quiet community with plenty of amenities. Check in was easy, it took just a few seconds to get the door unlocked (keypad) but once you did it it was easy. Alana, my host, was attentive and responsive. I had no issues but I'm certain she would have quickly responded if she was needed. The room was cozy, about the size of a large extended stay hotel room. It was a little dated but I believe it's repaired storm damage more than age. The room appeared to have been recently renovated and was upgraded. Overall I only had 3 detractors, nothing over the top, more like suggestions. The shower head had low flow, you may want to clean or replace it. The air conditioner was loud and constantly running and the TV was difficult to see from one side of the bed because of the posts around it. These are minor things and did not take away from the stay. The apt had everything I needed and I would definitely book again."
