  • Come enjoy our home away from home and enjoy all that Fairfield Bay has to offer. Perfect for couples or families.Spend the day on Greers Ferry Lake , play some golf on championship golf courses, go kayaking, hiking , bowling, ride atv trails, minature golf, disc golf, tennis, pickleball to name a few things or relax on the two decks of the condo while grilling out or having your morning coffee .King size bed in one of the bedrooms and a queen size in second . There is a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. It comes with two full bathrooms, full size washer and dryer , charcoal griĺl, and well equipped kitchen.
    Walking distance to cool pool with lake view and cool pool cafe , pickleball , tennis courts and playground.
    10 min drive to Fairfield Bay Marina. Over 80 miles of atv trails .
    3 resort style pools available. Pass for Free entry to all three comes with condo
    2 decks on condo with seating on both.

One of the best places

We have stayed at numerous places over the years and this is by far the one of the best. The condo is decorated beautifully and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were amazed at how stocked with everything it was. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Benjamin’s by the Lake. Beautifully renovated condo in a nice location, which is close to all the amenities at Fairfield Bay. Greers Ferry Lake is our favorite place to relax and unwind.

Lovely Home and Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Benjamin’s by the Lake. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all we needed for our stay. Hosts were friendly and helpful and getting into the property was a breeze. We traveled to north central Arkansas to enjoy the Ozark mountain roads and do some fall hiking. We found plenty of places to explore within an hour of the condo. Condo is located in a beautiful area of the state.

Girls birthday trip.

We had a great time. It was so quiet and relaxing. The cool pool was awesome. We will definitely be coming back next summer but earlier in the summer. Cindy & Paul were great hosts. The condo was everything it said it was. Thank you for the snacks.

Lovely home

This condo was a wonderful place to stay in Fairfield Bay. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and cozy. The location was quiet and serene. The hosts were extremely communicative and kind - they went out of their way to leave snacks and treats for the kids. Just a short walk or less than a minute drive from the Cool Pool. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay after after experiencing many other condos, this by far was the best! It was close to everything in terms of cool pool, hiking, restaurants, golfing, and the lake. It has the comfort and coziness of our own home with decor and comfortable beds! Kids loved the welcome gift and vacation decor theme! The porch patio was nice. When returning back for future visits “Benjamin’s” is our one stop choice for bookings! Thank you for an awesome experience and strong customer service!

Perfect Family Getaway
