"The property had burned down a year ago yet Expedia rented it to me back in April. When I arrived, there were few hotels left unoccupied as it was Parent Weekend at University of Dayton. I had to drive around calling places for three and half hours. "

"The facility is awesome. Best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. "

"The hotel overall was great, loved that there was a gas station right next door so we could buy snacks and a toothbrush that was forgotten. I felt safe, it was quiet. Just up the road was lots of shopping. My only downside was the bathroom had no bathroom lock and the toilet could have been scrubbed cleaner but overall great. we come to Dayton a few times a year to visit family this will be our go too hotel."

"The front desk clerk was really nice. The linens and room were clean, however, the hotel is dated and in need of some renovations. Had a decent complimentary breakfast, a few options and enough for all guests. Our purpose was just to sleep and get going and this was great for that purpose. Reasonably priced and driving distance to the airforce museum. "
