Top Fair Play Hotel Reviews

Inn @ Clemson

10/10 Excellent

"The parking and staff were on point"

The Inn at Patrick Square

10/10 Excellent

"Rarely does a hotel meet my level of cleanliness, but this perfect little inn exceeded my expectations. First impression was that the lobby was pretty fragrance free. Many boutique hotels pump a nasty perfume into the air and this inn's lobby only had a slight smell of coffee from the shop next door. Check-in and check-out was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't use the gym as it was a later check-in and early check-out. Room was charmingly decorated, clean, comfortable, and quiet - down to the little details. Quiet - no ice dispenser, but near the elevator was a little chest freezer with mini bags of ice, so didn't have to listen to people filling up their ice buckets at random times. Clean - no dust on the baseboards or dirt build up in the corners of the bathroom floor. The only hint of dirt was near the door knob on the inside of the bathroom door which is overlooked by most hotel housekeeping. Comfortable - beds were extremely confortable. Bedding and towels were not washed in fragranced detergent and the room didn't have a scent. Charming - classic southern charm feel and well maintained, quality furniture and modern appliances. Outlets/charging stations where needed and bonus - I didn't have to run around the room 5 times to figure out how to turn the lights off. Only got to stay one night, but I wish I had been able to stay longer as it was, by far, the best hotel on my trip. Would stay here again and again."

Luxurious & Spacious Lake Hartwell Home near Clemson, Anderson, and Greenville.

10/10 Excellent

"This house has it all and offers fun for everyone in the family to enjoy. We had a family reunion and this home provided a bedroom for everyone and something for everyone's interest. The gym equipment was amazing and enjoyed by several athletic members of our family especially our football player grandson. The pool table competition was hot and heavy all weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with all that is needed to cook. We enjoyed the fire pit table mornings and evenings with lots of sharing and conversations. Several in our family enjoy fishing and there was much excitement around the dock over the big ones caught and the Bigger ones that got away. Our two older grandsons had the most fun with the kayaks. A highlight of the weekend for our family was the ride in the pontoon boat. There are 14 of us and the house has a lot of space for us to spread out and be comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to my questions and easy to work with. The home is at the end of a road and is very private. The entrance to the home through the garage made it easy and handicap accessible. We made many wonderful memories as a family and a special time we will never forget."

Postcard Cabins Lake Hartwell, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy

8/10 Good

"This is a very interesting camping/glamping experience. It's off the beaten path to some degree. We were familiar with area already. The cabins/tiny homes are very clean inside. And well put together. Very quiet area/ property grounds. We enjoyed the stay. Thought that it was closer to the lake but that was ok."
