"The location of this hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants and the Ledge Amphitheater. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The description of the suite room stated it had a bedroom which I was thinking would have been a separate room from the small living area but that was not the case.

"Relaxing, quiet week. Renting the pontoon was the best decision we made. When you rent a VRBO you never know what you will run into. Below is information that I would have found helpful to know. The front of the house is a 4 season porch. It isn't very deep so it wasn't somewhere to hang out but it was great to use for our extra stuff and for coming and going! Always able to find some some shade near the water. Loved that there was a little sand area for those sand lovers but nice you stepped into grass when walking off the dock. The lake itself is a little weedy but there was a device that was attached to their dock that kept the first 10 feet weed free with very nice sand. Great for young kids. The end of the dock was weedy but if you got past then the water was OK. We did see a lilly pad mat in the garage but we didn't use it. A few small fish were caught off the dock.Inside was set up well. The air conditioning worked very well so if you plan to use the basement, plan to use extra blankets. The kitchen had the basics but here are things I would have packed: small left over containers, plastic drinking cups (plenty coffee and wine glasses but very few other glasses for adults), coffee filters, and ice if you use ice in your beverages. There is an ice maker but hard to keep up with a bigger group."

Year-Round Waterfront Getaway: Lake Access + Dock!

"Simple but little cabin for our family. We loved our stay. It’s located on a the end of a peninsula so you have a LARGE grassy yard and lots of waterfront. There is also a very nice little beach for my boys to play easy entry for kayaks and paddleboard. Dock was clear enough of seaweed and sandy enough to swim. We played football frisbee and caught a ton of sunfish, bluegill, perch and bass (with worms). On our rainy day we enjoyed the many board games provided in the cabin. The enclosed patio was perfect for dinner/games and view of the lake. Furniture and beds were comfy. Only downfall was the water isn’t drinkable. Or at least not recommended as it’s not filtered. But the owner let us know of this and we simply bought bottled/jug of water.Recommended for couples/small family! "
