Our recently redesigned house can accommodate the whole family & more! The downstairs offers a king bedroom and queen bedroom (pass through room up upstairs!). While upstairs is a dream kids bunk room featuring bunk beds (one full and one twin) and a twin loft bed, a day bedroom (note the upstairs bathroom is in this room) and spacious king bedroom.

Our house is perfect for large families, there is a full kitchen downstairs and a partial kitchen upstairs allowing guests to separate as needed. We often have a family unit on each floor so we are together but have a chance to be separate if needed.

The home is 1 block from the Little Sodus Bay Boat Launch and one block from Main Street. Walk to get an ice cream after a long day on the water kayaking or fishing at the pier. Take a walk or drive over to Fairhaven Beach State Park or enjoy the local winery. There is so much to do (or not do!) in this special place.
