"This hotel stay was excellent. 5 minutes walk from the centre of Assisi and with an incredible view over the valley from the rooms; it hit exactly what we needed. We had booked just the rooms as we thought that we'd like to try the breakfasts at various places in Assisi. On the first morning we tried the breakfast in the hotel and we came back every day after - the coffee was excellent, the options were plentiful and the quality was great. All at great value too. The team there were very accommodating to our needs, personable and made the stay even nicer. I would 100% recommend."

"Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza was the perfect base for a 4-day trip to Assisi and its surroundings. It's conveniently located near main attractions and just a 5-minute drive from the city center. The restaurant was excellent, the pool was well-maintained, and the location is simply stunning."

"Comfortable and clean, easy access to all the important places, lots of stores and eating options. Only thing that needs a bit of work are the room ac. In summer it gets really hot and the ac in the rooms don’t really cool down the room. Other than that it was a excellent experience."

"My husband & I stayed in Assisi July 2026 for 1 night. The property is lovely - the architecture and history make it special & the staff was very accommodating especially about our room preferences. Although we did not use the hot springs that are in the lower level of the hotel, we did walk through there & it is very Roman like. The bed and linens were comfortable and our room was quiet. My only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast buffet to include more hot dishes, etc. Overall, a wonderful location in the heart of the historic area of Assisi & very walkable to the sites & restaurants."

"This was a great boutique hotel in Assisi. The location was spectacular. A five minute walk to the Basilica. I was able to easily go to mass at 7 AM. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The woman at the desk showed us a map and pointed out how to get to all of the sites we wanted to see, including where to get the bus back to the train station. The breakfast the next morning was also lovely, with freshly made tea/coffee and a large assortment of options including eggs and bacon. Easy walk to St. Francis basilica. They also let us leave our bags there after checkout so that we didn't have to lug them around with us for the rest of our visit."
