The Mititai apartment is completely new; it is located on a high floor in a residence on the heights of the town of Faa'a in a beautiful secure residence, including a very beautiful swimming pool.
Covering an area of 64sqm, this charming holiday apartment with quality furnishings has a bedroom, a living room, an open kitchen and a beautiful terrace with open sea and mountain views.
The Mititai apartment offers all the comfort of quality tourist accommodation, it is composed as follows:
- the entrance leads directly into the fully equipped kitchen open to the living room,
- a comfortable living room with television and work desk,
- a spacious terrace with its dining table, offering a breathtaking view of the sea,

We had a wonderful stay
The apartment was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool very much, well maintained, and we often had it to ourselves. Felt very safe in the complex and hosts were easy to communicate with. Recommend.

The property is gorgeous.
It is quite a windy drive up to the home but it’s worth it. It has a bit of a treehouse feel.
Great view and large swim spa. Windy is the weekday care taker and does a great job!
