"During my stay (2 nights), I could not opened my room more than 4 times. They came just help me open the door of room. But they didn’t fix the problem. Also, the phone in my room doesn’t work. They have only two service people in the front desk, customers are often to wait for checking in or getting service. I ‘ m so disappointed with the resort ."

"We had a great stay here for one night before heading off to the islands. The airport pickup and drop-off were both punctual and hassle-free, which made our travel days much easier. The accommodation was clean and spacious, giving us plenty of room to unpack and repack our belongings comfortably. We especially appreciated the hospitality and excellent communication throughout our stay from Reva (she was very accommodating and supportive). A huge bonus was that they were able to store our luggage while we were on the islands, and retrieving it when we returned was quick and easy. Overall, a very comfortable stay with friendly service and great attention to detail."
