The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was great. My only issue was with the reception staff. They were not very friendly and didn’t seem very helpful. There was an incident Saturday morning that was very uncomfortable. A woman was arguing and yelling at her husband right in front of the receptionist while other guests were sitting nearby having breakfast. The receptionist didn’t say anything or try to address the situation. It was very disrespectful and extremely annoying to have to listen to while trying to enjoy breakfast. I ended up leaving without finishing my meal. Afterward, I called the manager and spoke with a lady to explain what happened. She told me someone would get back to me, but I never heard from anyone. Because of this experience, I’m giving the hotel three stars. I will say that the valet staff were wonderful very respectful, friendly, and helpful ..

Excellent service and location

Our experience at BIZI during our wedding week was exceptional! Despite our last-minute booking, the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, ensuring a seamless and stress-free stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the immaculate, spacious rooms, every detail was perfect. The housekeeping staff kept our rooms pristine, providing a serene retreat amidst our busy wedding preparations. What truly stood out was the personalized service. They were there 24/7 with answers or resolutions with any issue we had. The amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed the well-maintained pool and backyard. Special thanks to Christina, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She was always a phone call/text away with all the answers. Our wedding week was a whirlwind, but they provided a haven of peace and comfort. We are deeply thankful for their outstanding hospitality and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable stay with a team that truly cares about its guests. Thank you for making our special week unforgettable. We look forward to returning for future stays!

The property was great. Its really clean, it has a nice pool, a café, a bar, whiskey lounge, spa and a club. It has just about everything for a great stay or a getaway.

This is definitely not some where I would recommend, the owners are arrogant self centered and have a very demeaning attitude. Talks at you doesn’t stand on their word and videos/records your conversations. Owner stated would remove cameras from inside and then we had some questions for him he became furious. I asked about the non working televisions and microwave the bed in the closet not being a let out couch but a twin in an attic closet. Oh by the way he sent a video of the camera he said was connected to the gad line that couldn’t see us and there are some of my guest on there in their panties and bras such a sickening person
