"Most of the staff’s hospitality, especially at the front desk and in the breakfast hall (restaurant), did not match the hotel's elegance and standards. A simple smile would have made a big difference. That said, the lady, Hengame, and the SPA staff were easily approachable and provided excellent service."

"One of our best ever hotel stays. Wins for the incredible staff who make anything happen, the indoor pool, the breakfast buffet and the beautiful views of the Bosphorus. Not right in the heart of the action but the tram is a 10 minute walk away which we found fine. Highly recommended"

"The hotel was clean, the room was convenient, staff were mostly very helpful (especially front desk). Restaurant was open when we went and the food was fresh —wait staff were a little slow due to inexperience and possibly hesitation to speak in English to us. I’m sure this will improve over time. A very pleasant stay. The hotel is about 20 minutes to the airport."

"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful room and bathroom. Fabulous views. Great staff. The rooftop bar is incredible but expensive. I wasn’t able to use my Expedia gold members 20% discount that was advertised to me as it was a different company. The breakfast is amazing but unfortunately I didn’t book it when I booked the room. It was a lot more expensive to book breakfast there so we only did for one morning. Again I wasn’t allowed my 20% discount for that either."
