This old farm, nestled in the heart of the national forest of Sédières will allow you to get together with family or friends, in winter around a good fire in the traditional Cantou or in summer for a barbecue on the lawn. The 7 hectares of the property, planted with trees, will ensure you peace and communion with nature. The house has a large "living room" of more than 70 m2, with a fitted kitchen open to the dining room and at the end of which sits a majestic "cantou" (traditional Corrèze fireplace) - equipped with a large boiler insert, which will offer you the spectacle of the flames and the heat throughout the house.

We are providing you with a "new farmhouse" at the beginning of 2026 which has undergone several improvements to offer you the maximum of its comfort: better insulation, better heating system, and new spaces! PGJyPg
On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms now welcome you: two bedrooms each offering a 140 bed and a 3rd large bedroom with 3 90 beds. You also benefit from a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs (above the kitchen), two bedrooms welcome you (1 double bed in one + 2 single beds, but can be joined together in the other) as well as a shower room and separate toilets.

Another staircase leads to a brand new space: a large games and relaxation room, open to the garden and illuminated by a large bay window, with a lounge/cinema area, table football, billiards, a dart board and other games. We have installed a separate toilet on this floor.

Above this games room, the 6th large bedroom, under the roof, has a lounge area (sofa bed) and opens onto a small bedroom 7 with a "music" corner (with an electronic organ) which itself opens onto a small bathroom (with shower and toilet). Bedroom 6 offers a bed for 140 and 1 bed 90. In bedroom 7, there is a bed 90.

In summer, and when the weather permits, you will benefit from the opening of the house, due south, on a large meadow and the forest in which you can walk at your leisure, collect mushrooms or meet a deer.

We have also set up, for your pleasure and that of the youngest, several friendly outdoor spaces: a petanque court, a flat playing field with mini goals for wild football games (for example) and swings ...

Although disconnecting is the first gift we would like to give you, we have nevertheless brought fibre to the farmhouse so that the internet can provide you with the necessary services.... and has a reinforced socket installed to charge your electric cars (for a small flat fee depending on the length of your stay - contact us for more details)
