The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen provide all the comfort you need to fully enjoy your stay.



High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace allow you to combine relaxation and remote work if needed. For entertainment, the villa offers a TV, a game console, as well as 3 baby beds and a high chair for families.



Outside, enjoy a large private garden, two sunny terraces, and a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments, with no direct neighbors.



Located in the heart of Eymet, everything is within walking distance: 15 restaurants, a market on Thursday mornings and Friday evenings in summer, and cycling along the dedicated path, with rentals available right in front of the house. Stroll along the Dropt river or through the vineyards for moments of serenity. Tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away.



Free parking is available on the street. The villa welcomes families, offers babysitting on request, and accepts up to 2 pets. Smoking and events are not allowed.
