Eye and Dunsden Holidays from NZ$820

Really spacious, amazing staff and fantastic location! For a family of 3, this was a great place to have asbase while we explored London. 5 mins walk from Earls Court station. Staff were lovely as well.

We stayed 4 nights August 2026. Terrible, The hotel lost water and toilet facilities one day, hotel never provided bottle water. For a full day and a half we had no wifi , phone was intermittent. The breakfast, though good , was across the street . I didn’t see and dinner restaurant nor room service. Maintenance arrived one morning at 8 am! Staff at times were not able to know direction. Late one evening a flashing light went off from the ceiling. No one at reception were answering phones to explain. We headed to lobby and met many many others wondering what was going on….. we were told it was a fire alarm!,,, What’s no bells or sirens but a blinking light. We stayed at many Riu hotels and this by far was the worst.

It’s a situation where technically nothing stands out as very bad, but also nothing was memorable enough to say anything good. Stayed 8 nights and I was comfortable. The little mini fridge & the tea kettle were fantastic. Ultimately, the relatively affordable price per night equates to the standard of service provided. I’ve stayed at both the Victoria location and this location. I prefer this location because it’s on a less busy street that is easier to get a taxi or arrive by car. It’s also a short 15-20 minute walk to the Victoria Station. I would stay again.

Stuff here are a bit unorganized. There were charges to my room from the restaurant but it was not purchased by me or my family members. I didn’t know this until I check out.
