The room was old, furniture was old and scratched. The mattress should be replaced. I was in the roomby myself and wouldn't have wanted another person in the room, it was too small. I felt uncomfortable as an older woman traveling along and my room was at the end of the hallway at the outside door. We won't even talk about breakfast. I rebooked this room after I needed to cancel. They were kind enough to refund my money the first time I booked and they did not have to. This was the only good thing i can offer for this hotel. I truly expected more from a Wyndham property.

There was a lot of noise from the outside traffic. Doors slammed all night and it was very noisy in our room. The shower head was held together with a plastic bag and the toilet didn’t flush well. Cleaning staff took our garbage but didn’t leave trash bags. The hotel had a musty/cigarette smell. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

I had a nice stay. The rooms were decent, quiet, and cozy. The front desk staff were very polite and courteous. There are plenty of dining options in the area. There is a shopping plaza and mall nearby.

Entire hotel smelled like marijuana. TV was a set from the ‘80’s. It was like watching tv on an antenna set in a windstorm. Wi-Fi was awful. People were knocking on our window at all hours of the night. And we we were on the 3rd floor. Refrigerator had food from the previous guest in it. They really need to upgrade the Wi-Fi and TV. We won’t come back.

The toilet didn't flush. Front desk person offered me a plunger to fix the problem. Same refused to fix problem. I had to fill up trash can with water to get toilet to flush.

The place is a dump, but they make up for it with terrible customer service. I was made to feel like I was a criminal for asking to check out early because of a family miscomminucation, and they stuck me with an extra night. Greedy little pigs.

Shower had hardly any hot water. Shower rod was broken and curtain not working - water going out of tub. Terrible breakfast. Floors were nasty. Pillow for bed very uncomfortable - looked like sofa pillows.

This property is excellent for our stay while we visit family. We have stayed a couple of times this year and in both instances customer service was excellent. My only request would be that they change out the shower heads. We somehow stayed on the same floor for both visits and the shower heads were the only dated part of the rooms.

The room had holes in carpet and walls, and the ectrical outlet had no cover and the bed was against it. Huge fire hazard. 2 lamps wouldnt work.the staff was very nice.room was a deal breaker

Awful
They place me in a handicap room which was awful. Mattresses was broken it smelled like damp. They move to another room that one had roaches not good. Didn’t think of taking pictures.

All good but the bathroom
It was comfy, friendly and economic place to stay. Shower courtain was crooked and bath is a bit small for a regular US citizen but after all I have no complains

I had a room booked this weekend at this location. Upon arrival we realized the toilet was clogged, after retrieving a plunger we tried to plunge it and realized it was backed up beyond anything we had done. There was no maintenance team or person available until the next morning, so we plunged ourselves. As we were plunging a roach was walking up the wall. We could not be assigned a different room until after 3am. The floor said no smoking and it smelled of marijuana and smoke. The staff was as helpful as can be but I will not be returning. It is listed as Days Inn by Wyndham and was ran by a completely different company and was more like a cheap motel with a nice sign.

Things were bad from check in, we booked a room with double bed. Not realizing it would be very small with a mattress thrown on a boxspring. We complained and only 1 staff member was willing to help, his name was Levi. We have been coming to this area for over 20years and have stayed at this location several times and been very happy. I understand that breakfast format has changed and grab and is not a problem however there was nothing there and was told it would not be replenished. Also we were there before the 9 o"clock shut off. Furthermore 1 day of our stay there was no housekeeping even after the cleaner asked when we were leaving.
