"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. He complained when I told him that my child had dairy allergies. He said: “ Why do you have a problem?” Well, people have different allergies. That was the worst attitude I have ever...

"Très mauvais rapport qualité prix de la restauration: lardons industriels trop salés dans la tartiflette; crème caramel insuffisamment sucrée; pavé de viande rachitique; petit déjeuner buffet pauvre (nous aurions aimé autre chose que du jambon blanc visiblement sorti de son emballage sous vide depuis peu alors que le fromage était très bon)... tout ça pour 120 € à 3.
