"This place was unfortunately not as advertised. The property is very run down and very dirty. There were crumbs of food underneath the couches, old plastics underneath beds, and the beds were full of pet hair and large stains when we stripped the sheets. The bathroom fan doesn’t work, the main living room TV remote had dead batteries, and a piece of the lock system on the front door was constantly falling off inside. The freezer had items from previous guests, and the utensils and cooking supplies had stains that were removed after we had to hand wash them. Overall we were underwhelmed by the space and what it provided, a lot of TLC is needed in order for this to be anywhere near respectable as a rental."

"Newer property - condition excellent. Enjoyed proximity to Greenbelt for walks. Home was well equipped and comfortable. Pet friendly was a must so this one was perfect - nice little back yard. Excellent communications form host. Would stay again! Highly recommend."

"This stay was for spring break for my 10 year old grandson. The game room was awesome and made it so much fun to play sgainst each other with ping pong and the basketball game. Hot tub and sauna slso made the stay awesome. Would recommend and when traveling here again from north carolina would consider renting again."
