A fantastic holiday Modern Townhouse with everything you need! This newly built holiday home is across the road from the beach with gulf views and situated on the banks of the new marina in Exmouth. Situated almost directly opposite to the Mantaray's Resort and Mantaray's Restaurant.

Across the road from Town Beach which is a great spot for a morning walk and some shell collecting.

Upstairs are all the bedrooms via a flight of stairs. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has 2 king singles. There is a large second bathroom and seperate toilet upstairs. There is also a full laundry and seperate toilet downstairs.

With enough parking for two vehicles and one boat this holiday home is perfect for couples or small group. The garage leads into the laundry area and kitchen entry. No camping or caravans allowed.

Wobiri holiday modern townhouse is within a short walk to Town Beach, Mantaray's Resort, the Exmouth Marina and boat launch facilities, local restaurants and bars. There are two children's playgrounds within a very short stroll.

Wobiri may be un-suitable for small children due to the close proximity to open water and with steep internal stairs. The yard is fenced, however parental supervision is advised.

Additional Information: currently there is a house being built next door (June 2021). At various times there may be construction noise. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and is regrettable.

All linen and bath towels are provided.

This marina townhouse property is self contained. No pets are allowed on this property.
