This wonderful two-bedroom detached barn conversion offers the perfect rural retreat set in the tranquil outskirts of a quintessential Devon village. Exminster, renowned for its marshes and a vast array of migratory birds, is the ideal base for a restful and peaceful escape. After a spot of birdwatching nearby, return to this charming accommodation to unwind beside the wood burner or soak up the last of the sunshine on the decked terrace overlooking the fishing lake. Step inside and be welcomed by a spacious, light-filled lounge, boasting a period fireplace with a feature wood burner, TV, and comfortable seating.
