Authentic country house with an enclosed garden. Inside, the charm of exposed beams and a fireplace creates a warm atmosphere. Enjoy the 1,000 m² of wooded, verdant, and peaceful grounds. Sample bread baked in a wood-fired oven by a local farmer just 300 meters away.
For walks, easily accessible paths are marked, and a secluded area is set aside for strolling along the riverbank.
You are in the Coëvrons region, renowned for its charming small towns, rolling landscapes, and local producers.
To visit: the Basilica of Evron, the small medieval town of Sainte-Suzanne, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" (13 km), the Gallo-Roman town of Jublains (14 km), Saulges with its Museum of Prehistory and caves (20 km), or enjoy the Gué de Selle leisure park (9 km): swimming and activities for everyone. Shops, services, and train station in Evron (4 km).

The owners, Laura and Arthur, promise you a warm welcome and will be happy to advise you on how to best discover the area. Detached house with enclosed garden - GROUND FLOOR - Equipped kitchen 11 m² (refrigerator with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, blender) - Living room 26 m² with open fireplace (1/3 stere of wood provided free of charge), television, coffee table, sofa, and armchairs - Bedroom 1, 11 m², with 1 double bed (140x190 cm), wardrobe, mirror - Bedroom 2, 6 m², with 1 single bed (90x190 cm) - Bathroom 4 m² with bathtub, sink, towel warmer, washing machine, tumble dryer - Separate WC.

LEVEL 1 - Access via a narrow staircase - Bedroom 3, 10m², with two single beds (90x200cm), storage, desk, chair, and fan - Bathroom accessible via three steps, 6.7m², with sink, shower, hairdryer, and toilet.
