Welcome to our renovated country cottage, set in peaceful natural surroundings near Évron, just a short drive from Sainte-Suzanne.



This 130 m² house accommodates up to 6 guests, perfect for relaxing with family or friends away from the bustle.



The space

Enjoy a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and interiors that blend character with comfort. The house features one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and a family suite with four single beds (90x200), ideal for adults and children. A baby bed and high chair are available. There is a bathroom and a private outdoor area of about 650 m², ensuring peace and privacy. Wi-Fi, washing machine, TV, workspace, and heating are provided for your comfort.

Good to know

We live next door in a separate house with no direct view and are available if needed while respecting your privacy. An outdoor camera monitors the entrance and courtyard. Events are not allowed.
