"This place advertises laundry facilities but it's a lie. There aren't any. When we raised it, we got told there was a laundromat in the Kirkwall shops. They also charged my credit card again despite it being a pre-paid booking. They eventually fixed it after some days but only after I hassled regularly. ..."

"This hotel is spotless. The staff are very friendly. The staff that clean and look after the rooms do an exceptional job. The restaurant staff were always cheerful even under pressure.
