Very walkable to the center of Evian and nearby ferry to Lausanne, which made a great day trip. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool was magnificent. "We’ve opted for an upgrade to a connecting rooms as we travelled with 2 kids, aged 13 and 9. The service was excellent. The lounge area was comfortable and welcoming, while we chill as we wait for the room to be ready. They also provide complimentary drinks and popcorn which the kids loved. The rooms were clean, spacious and came with stunning views. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the hotel experience and will be back if we’re back in montreux."
