Panoramic Villa, Vue imprenable sur le Lac Léman

  • 200m2 villa overlooking the port of Evian and Lake Geneva. It benefits from a panoramic view of the lake and part of the mountain ranges of the Alps. The villa is exposed in such a way that it can benefit from the sun's rays all day long. In good weather, the sunrise and sunset can be watched from the balcony. Its geographical location near the city center and the banks of the lake make it the ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace.

    Note :
    The house is made up of a T2 type apartment located on the Garden Level which has an independent entrance and which can be reserved separately. The garden is therefore shared. There is no communication between the Villa and T2.

We had an amazing stay. The host was lovely and very responsive. The house was perfect for 2 families with 4 kids. Absolutely incredible views of the lake, very well equipped with everything we needed and very close to many fun activities.

Comfortable house with a beautiful view! We enjoyed playing games provided by the host and making simple family dinners in the fully stocked kitchen. We were able to take a short drive to some beautiful hikes near by.

Als Familie haben wir ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Evian verbracht. Die Aussicht auf den See ist atemberaubend, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach aufpassen mit dem Parkieren vom Auto auf dem Areal. Sehr schnell können sich der Boden und der Strassenbelag berühren.

Belvédère Évian

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours au Belvédère, le logement est bien spacieux et bien équipé. Petit bémol pour la literie qui pourrait être amélioré au vu du prix de la prestation (présence d’un creux pour 2 lits). Un autre petit plus pourrait être apporté en mettant à disposition un gel douche dans les salles de bain. Cependant bonne communication avec l’hôte .
