Greeted by a phone hanging out of a duct taped window, with all the keys stolen, you then are welcomed to an atmosphere of shouting angry neighbors and bare rooms surrounded by shuttered businesses

I saw some of the other reviews so I was expecting the worst but I has been cleaned up and given some TLC. It’s an older property for sure but comfortable, quiet and conveniently located for our stay. Staff were super friendly. I’d stay again

Stayed here for one night after attending a concert at the Angel of the Winds Arena. Staff was super friendly, room was very clean. Location was excellent as it’s a very short walk to the concert venue. Bed was a little firm and 2 of the 3 pillows weren’t the greatest, shower was a bit small and the hair dryer didn’t work. I let the staff know about the hair dryer when we checked out and I have no doubt they will resolve the issue as she wrote it down as needing attention. None of these things were a big deal to us & we would definitely stay again.

This Travelodge was decent a far as room size, cleanliness, and it's conveniently close to bus lines, restaurants, & some shopping. However, they showed unnecessary racial discrimination towards my friend, had unrealistic expectations regarding when I could have food/items delivered, & they were extremely strict about their key cards. The aforementioned rules are not posted anywhere on the property, nor did I sign anything during check-in stating when I could have deliveries or visitors, and none of the staff verbally mentioned this to me at any point during my stay until I was informed I had to leave. If late deliveries are a problem for them, they should have mentioned that the FIRST time it happened. Not the 6th time and then tell me I'm kicked out because of it! The staff said I would be refunded for the remaining two nights of my reservation, but it takes 7-10 business days to receive the refund. And you better remember your key card before you leave! If you forget your key card, the staff threatens to make you sleep outside. Also, every staff member will tell you a different time when the laundry room is open (which is ALWAYS locked and you have to call them every time you need to get in there, even if it's just to put your clothes in the dryer). The bathroom window didn't have a screen on it, very few power plug outlets, and the bathroom cabinets were screwed shut leaving no bathroom storage areas. I will never come back here.

Yes, for the security and safety for our guests, we don't allow unregistered late night guests or peoples hanging around in the parking lot. we are very strict about our policies and it clearly show on our registration card and guest sign in when they check in.

Pretty run down. Way overpriced, maybe worth half that. Manager attempted to walk right into my room, no knock, just tried to enter. Fortunately I had the safety bar on. What the heck is that all about!?

Extremely friendly owner/operator, and a very pleasant experience. The door to our room was a bit tough to open, but I'd prefer that to one that opens on its own. No fan in the bathroom at all, which we found odd, and the windows to the room didn't open, so things got rather muggy after a shower, but the AC helped clear that out quickly. Will definitely stay there again when we're in the area!

WORST HOTEL EVER
The location is crap! You have to go around the block to get into the parking lot. The parking stalls are so close to each that you have to be very careful getting out. Nobody was at the front desk and we had to call her on the phone to get checked in. There was a line. The guy in front of us had to get his room key fixed cuz it didn't work. We go up to our room and our room key doesn't work. My husband has a prosthetic leg and we asked for a downstairs butt all they had was upstairs. No elevators so you have to carry your luggage upstairs. The room had an off putting smell as soon as you opened the door. Not cleaning supplies but more like old gym socks covered by some febreeze. The bathroom floor was warped and bubbling. The lamps decided they wanted to stop working at different times. The only good thing about this room is the fact we only spent one night in it and it was only to sleep. I can't believe Wyndham has their name attached to this hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!

The hotel is a like a block from the Correctional Facility. Upon pulling up and parking a lady walked up to ask for a ride because she just got out of jail. At night, we spotted a guy casing the cars to break in, reported to front desk. Scary area. The hotel itself is fairly decent, bit outdated but not horrible

It did not look like the pictures that are shown, the rooms were small and smelled, the TV did not work most of time. The restroom door did not shut all the way and the room door looked like someone tried to break in. It was not very inviting the office door was always locked. Left early with our children due to weird activity around the building.

It was the worse service, the internet password. Pictures on website deceiving Demanded 200 deposit which was not worth or as the TV was broken. There was no screen on the bathroom window. There was an old moldy smell. I would not recommend

The room was very outdated, tub was broken, not enough outlets, water heater was shotty, it had a really bad smell of incense, the only good thing was it was close to the arena. But it was overpriced for the amentities it had when we had to listen to people being loud and drunk in the very limited parking lot all night.

Loved this place.
One of the nicest places I have stayed in Seattle. I will be back either again for business or just to bring my family. Highly recommend this establishment. My truck barely fit in the underground parking but your standard car or suv will fit just fine. I love that they have some pretty secure onsite parking in a closed garage.

It was in walking distance to the Angel of the Winds Arena. I only needed to walk there and leave my car in the parking lot.

Overall wonderful stay for a motel. My only complaint is the lack of warm bedding - an incredibly thin blanket was layered with two flat sheets, and we were cold. The heater was noisy, so to be warm while we slept, we had to tolerate the noise. Ask for extra blankets!
