The 1000 square foot interior features a bright and spacious atmosphere, with an open living room and kitchen space, a large bedroom suite with a private balcony, and multiple decks. Had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Hearing the river all day and night was great; wish more of the foliage was cut back so you could enjoy more of a view of the river throughout the property.

This is our 2nd time staying at a Tree Line property and both were exceptional. The cabins were spotless and well stocked with all the necessities as well as additional things like board games. I’ve been in direct contact with the staff on both occasions and they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. They will definitely be our first choice in the future.

We stayed at this cabin during the winter. They do warn you about road conditions and it’s close to US2 but still remote and luckily we have a truck so no issues getting in and out but there was more snow than expected. The house was clean, only issue I had is I noticed a musty smell on one of the kitchen towels and couple of the bathroom wash clothes which is not great. I would advise anyone with dogs that the main entrance is on 2nd floor and so in winter you do have to go up and down exterior stairs to take dogs out which wasn’t ideal. I didn’t realize this when I booked so want to bring attention for others. It was icy near the trash cans some salt would be nice. It was also very cold upstairs. The fireplace really helps on the main 2nd floor level but doesn’t heat the upstairs and the electric wall heater isn’t enough. I slept on couch and spare bed on the main floor due to it being too cold upstairs. My husband did sleep upstairs but did say it was cold. I think it’s a fine cabin and well kept but just wouldn’t stay here again in the winter months. We did enjoy having the hot tub and it’s partially covered which is one of the main reasons we booked this cabin.

Great little property on the river. Covered hottub, great setup to lounge in the living room or make a yummy meal in the open kitchen. Our group had a great weekend. We loved the chickens and the alpacas across the street (viewed from afar), and woke up to beautiful snow on the morning of our departure. Just a few things to note: the separate bedroom downstairs is great, but theres no restroom. This didnt affect our group, but just something to be aware of. Please also make sure you have a vehicle that can drive in the snow. As we left there were several cars that couldnt make it out of the community. Would love to stay here again in the summer, the river is stunning!

A long, winding, well kept, narrow gravel road is the preamble to this wonderland in the woods. My 2016 Mazda CX5 made it just fine. High mountain peaks dotted with snow frame this lovely home. From the outdoor decks, I take it all in and envy folks who climb to the top. But I just want to chill. It's 80 something degrees and sunny. The river and peaks can be seen from the windows, the decks, the fire pit, the picnic table, the yard and the well maintained hot tub. The sounds are mesmerizing. No TV for us. Maybe just some Shuggie Otis or Chicano Batman. Spend a minute or two in the back yard lying in the super cush mossy grass. The overgrown trail leading to the river continues the adventure. Wildflowers blooming on either side then opening up to a flat, rocky but stroll-able bank. Here, close up, you experience the aquarium clear river. You can see other properties in the distance, but they do not intrude visually or acoustically.

It is a wonderful property above the river. We needed to get away with our teenage boys to spend family time together and this house was near perfect for that. My 17-year-old stayed in the separate but attached room to the lower part of the house. He loved it! But every time he had to come in for the bathroom in the middle of the night, it woke us up. My 15-year-old slept on the bed under the stairs and didn't mind it because he could watch the living room tv. The upstairs bedroom was beautifully put together and peaceful. My husband and I slept very well listening to the river. Plenty of blankets and pillows. WIFI worked perfectly. Kitchen and bathroom had enough of what we needed. There is no washer and dryer. The hot tub was a delight! We brought our puppy, and she loved the hike down to the river. Our last night we had a BBQ and bonfire. It rounded off the trip with a great reconnection for our family. I would love to stay there again in the winter to experience the snow covered mountains!

This 2BR cabin has stunning views of the Skykomish and of the Cascades. Great fire pit and hot tub. 3 decks, sunny in front overlooking Cascades and river raging in the back yard. The cabin is located in a private gated community with direct access to the river and nearby falls.

We had the best time! We are definitely doing this again. Every cooking utensil you could need is provided. Tons of games. Prefect amount of bank on the river and the hot tub was nice too. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful get away with my family.

We love love love this cabin. It has all the amenities you need and is so comfortable. We got lucky and had a few rainy nights, sleeping in the bedroom upstairs is so wonderful with the rainfall and the rushing river. A must if you're visiting the Cascasdes!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was nice and roomy however, it has a rodent problem. I awoke to the sound of chewing on the walls. The hot tub was full of body lotion, which we skimmed out and had to look up online instructions on how to operate the tub since half the jets were not coming on. All of the windows need screens. What happens when your spouse opens a window upstairs without a screen and leaves it open? You end up having to chase a bat out of the cabin before bed. PS: If you are expecting the cabin to be right on the river, it is not, but you can see and hear it.

This was such great place to stay. The area where cabin is was so great and quiet. There is only one cabin that is right next to it (it's partially separated by trees, so not big deal). The areas around the cabin are great, it's not far from the city yet far enough out you can visit a lot of the mountain areas/towns. Would def stay here if visiting again for sure.

Had an incredible weekend at the cabin. Hot tub and views were great, coffee table was the perfect size for board games. A note for people with small children or dogs: there were loose aggressive dogs on the road near the house, assuming they live in a residence nearby. They were hostile to us and our dogs when we walked past. Be careful.
