Cozy Bungalow in a nice friendly neighborhood

  • Very bright and modern home with plenty to offer for a comfortable stay. Located in a welcoming neighborhood where you will often see neighbors out walking, running, and biking, it provides a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

    The home is conveniently located just minutes from local parks and schools. University of Evansville is within walking distance, making it a great option for visiting families and guests. Downtown Evansville is about a 5 minute drive, while Eastland Mall is approximately 6 minutes away. University of Southern Indiana is a 12 to 18 minute drive depending on traffic.

    We are a pet friendly home. All pets must be approved prior to your stay in accordance with neighborhood guidelines. If you plan to bring more than one pet, please reach out to us directly for approval.

    Please note the yard is only partially fenced. Pets should not be left unattended outdoors, as there is a possibility they could get out.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Cozy Bungalow. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) you need to cook a full meal. Beds are comfortable and clean. Nice neighborhood, great for taking walks. We will stay again on our next trip to Evansville!

Very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Short walk to the university with great sidewalks and bike trails all the way down to the river. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Weekend

I rented this great bungalow for my son and Grandson, who had a hockey weekend. They loved the house, and it was very convenient to get to the ice rinks, and other attractions in Evansville. My son said the beds were really comfy!

Ice skating weekend

Cute Little House in a Nice Little Neighborhood

This was a the perfect fit for a short stay in Evansville. The neighborhood was quiet, and I felt very safe staying there. It is just a short 7-minute drive to downtown. The owners were very responsive and answered all of my questions.

The house is on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood! We enjoyed the porch as much as the house. The house was very comfortable and the perfect place for us to land while visiting family in the area. Staying for a month

My husband and I stayed in the Bungalow for a month. Kevin was very pleasant. When severe weather hit he was helpful in making sure we had ice melt and checked on our other needs. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. My only suggested improvements would be to have another reading lamp in the living room and blinds on the kitchen door and window. We highly recommend this house.

My niece, her boyfriend l,and I came to Evansville to see family and their place was full. Place was quiet. Lots of parking. Communication was clear. Appreciated the extra lotions, body wash, etc... i forgot body lotion. Easy to check in.

Cute as a Button

This little house was perfect. They have everything you would need or want. The beds were so comfortable that I fell asleep quick. I am very satisfied, turned out to be so much better than I even thought. It was just my sister & I & are not quite up to speed with online tv. There is a cute front porch to sit on & people watch. the backyard is fenced. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay in Evansville, IN. this would be my first choice.

The property is well situated with easy access. Overall appearance is very good, but the bathtub needs attention. The furniture is comfortable. I wasn't there to enjoy them, but the front porch and backyard looked inviting.
