"This is a great hotel. Located on a street just east of the John Hancock Center, most of the hotel rooms have bedrooms, microwaves and refrigerators as well as couches. It is comfortable, close to soundproof and the restaurant downstairs has long hours and great food including gourmet coffee. A real winner in the heart of the magnificent mile. The only place that we stay while in Chicago."

"7 day stay for work/family trip. Hotel in great location for Lyft, train (red line Chicago) or walking (25 minutes to loop). Hotel staff all friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Overnight parking across the street. The free daily breakfast was marginally good, coffee was decent. The "menu" breakfast is probably delicious as the dinner was wonderful. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfy, the bathroom clean. I appreciated that it was quiet during the day & the WiFi was decent as I worked from the room. "

"Very nice hotel in a great area. Walkable to millineum park, lots of great food and taxis were easy to get. The staff was great, we enjoyed room service and the view from our room was great. My only complaint is the AC didn’t run very cold. It was mild weather (70-80 degrees) but hotter weather and it would’ve been more troublesome for us. "
