Only a short drive to Augusta National Golf Club ( 10 miles), this well maintained home features a spacious living room, an office/ reading area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining and breakfast area that comfortably seats 6 people, a half bath and laundry room (with washer and dryer) - all conveniently located on the first floor.

On the second floor you will find 4 comfortable bedrooms with walk in closets featuring two queen beds, a double twin bunk bed and another twin bed (with an extra twin pullout available in the same bedroom ), TV’s with premium channels in every room, as well as two full bathrooms.

A back porch area with comfortable outdoor furniture, equipped with a Blackstone Grill, ping-pong table, bean bags and other games, is available for your group to relax after an exciting day at the course.

Two car garage and additional parking on site available.

Enjoy complimentary coffee/tea and snack bar, as well as refreshing beverages available at your arrival, in the true fashion of southern hospitality.

Daily maid service is available upon request and for an extra fee. (negotiable)
