The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were spacious and breakfast was sufficient. The on-site parking was free with easy access to the main hotel. I would recommend this property."

"The location of the hotel is a little tricky to get to. It is tucked away behind a few other hotels and business. The actual physical hotel and room were neat, clean and very up to date. I will definitely stay here again. They do not have a business center and they pool is cemented in so there is no swimming. All-in-all, it is clean, safe, and the staff is very nice."

"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nexton and overall had a very positive experience. The property itself was excellent, and the service truly stood out. The staff were professional, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay, which made a strong impression. However, there was one significant drawback that I found disappointing—especially as a Hilton Honors Gold member. My room was only serviced once during my stay. This was unexpected, unacceptable, and inconvenient. What made this more frustrating was that I was unable to request housekeeping service prior to the scheduled service. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I was surprised by this policy and felt it did not align with the level of service I typically expect. Aside from this issue, my stay was enjoyable, and the quality of the staff and property were commendable. I hope the hotel considers offering more flexible housekeeping options in the future, particularly for guests staying multiple nights."

"When I arrived in my room it smelled like old clothes. There was hair on my sheets. And stains on the pillow case. I had to get them to come change my sheets and clean wipe down surfaces because it was dusty. And Lysol spray the room. We asked for a toothbrush, they told us we had to come down to get it. The next day we were supposed to check out at 11. At 8:50AM house keeping knocked on the door. We were still asleep and confused. But came to the door nonetheless. As my friend walked to the door, the house keeper opened the door. So we said may we have some new towels? She just said, “no.” So wr can’t get a towel? She said, “no.” Then walked off. We were thoroughly confused. Paint droplets all over the table tops and light fixtures. Felt very uncomfortable there. Will not return. The best part was the area. It was in a really nice area. "
