FARMHOUSE Unit A (Main house: Sleeps 6/1200 Sq. Feet) Base rate per night is for 2 guests with additional guests $20 each per night. Rates are varied for weekends and weekdays. QUIET, COUNTRY SETTING! Cozy and secluded two-bedroom one-bathroom cabin. Bedrooms are located upstairs with the master having a King bed and the second bedroom having 2 double beds. The common full bathroom is located downstairs off of the living room. Living room offers comfortable seating and 55-inch flat screen LED TV and sliding glass doors to the huge deck. Fully equipped Kitchen/Dining area is located just inside the front door. PLEASE NOTE: due to the seclusion of this property Wi-fi access is NOT provided and cell phone service can be limited. This property is located on a gravel road. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Units B and C can be added to accommodate larger families or can be reserved individually.
This property is located in the country just outside of Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. The Eagle Rock Recreation area offering a public swimming beach and Marina is a fifteen minute drive (day use fees apply). Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a twenty minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.
A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events.
