Location was conveniently located, quiet and peaceful! Bed was super comfortable too! We stayed for the weekend to explore Eureka Springs! Location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go with ease!
Very pleasant stay for weekend in Eureka Springs. Large room with Jacuzzi. Very convenient location. Nice walk to downtown. Short drive or walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. Arrived late, but easy checkin. Good communication. Would stay again.
Convenient location, everything we needed for a short road trip. Only things I would improve upon is the lighting in the unit (lights are very dim) and a new mattress. Bath side does not have good support along the edge.
Me and my boyfriend now fiancé drove up there from Louisiana it was both our first time staying in Eureka Springs and we plan on coming back and booking the same room it was beautiful the bed was so comfortable the views were magnificent it was so close to everything We didn’t even have to drive we could just walk to downtown.
Our room was nice, but the lighting was lacking as the candles did not have batteries working
The bed mattress foam kept sliding we had to fix that every morning and you could use a new coffee pot in that room as the basket slides out. Also, the filters are too large for that coffee maker. These are just little things, but really could make the room pop so much more, we did enjoy the decor and relaxing feeling
This was our first time to Eureka Springs and Chris made our stay pleasant. He was very communicative and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. When we first arrived, we got into town earlier than anticipated and it was pouring rain; I reached out to Chris to see if we would be able to check in a little earlier and he got back to me immediately and made it happen. The room was clean and comfortable for our needs; my only criticism is that the lighting was a little too dark. I like to relax before bed doing crochet and the lighting was almost a little too dim for my preference. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was great; however, nothing is 100% perfect.
1. The king bed had a foam top on it, IMO, the owners should splurge for a genuine memory foam mattress.
I realize they are a bit more expensive, but the life span far surpasses that of a coil spring and the comfort can't be beat. My recommendation is a Nectar king.
2. The lighting in the unit left something to be desired. I had to pull the chair over in front of the window in order to read anything.
3. The pool was cloudy, meaning the main drain isn't visible. This is a violation of pool codes for public swimming pools, it's a safety thing.
Yes, I would stay here again.
