My suite had nothing but bed and couch when selecting a room I choose one with spa tub had dirty tub instead hotel was under construction and was names differently than app had said very disappointed in Expedia and super 8 for misinformation. And ruining our trip

Out of 100 rooms only 20 were available. The rest were under construction. No pool or hot tub like advertised For a newly constructed room there was so much wrong with it. I would never have reserved there had I known it was under construction. We were not the only people dissatisfied with the hotel. Was told that’s what I get for not reserving with the hotel. We’ll never use Expedia again.

Property was under renovations. They're trying to stay operational, but only half of the property was accessible. No office, lobby or front desk. It's torn apart. A huge dumpster sit in from of the front door. The clerk/hostess who met us wore a sleeveless undershirt ("wifebeater") with no bra (eewww) in true Arkansas fashion. We took one look at the room and saw huge carpet stains, damage to the door and jamb, lots of mold/mildew in the bathroom, etc... I immediately called the travel agency I booked with and sent them photos. They immediately called the property, terminated our reservation and booked us at a nearby hotel at no additional cost. No amount of remodeling or renovations would bring that property up to my standards. Those rooms are a hard "no" from me...forever.

This hotel is not under renovations, it’s under reconstruction!!! Mold and mildew in our room. Lobby is like a construction zone. Folding table for your check in, closet for guest to sign in. No flooring, no walls, no nothing. We got to our room and the mildew smell was so bad I went into an asthma attack. They tried us with another room. The black mold was visible in that room. They are making people sick and need to shut down until the issues are resolved. I feel bad for anyone who stay there. I cannot believe they are accepting reservations!!!
