Our room and bathroom were absolutely beautiful, and our host and hostess went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Breakfast was absolutely amazing. We left feeling very spoiled and pampered!

Honestly the most beautiful BnB I have ever stayed at!! The room had fireplace and bath, the bed really comfortable with incredible sheets, the breakfasts were amazing and we loved the hosts who went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel like we were “home”. I cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for having us 🙏

We had a wonderful stay in the Patio Suite, and wouldn't change a thing. Great hosts, yummy food and the historic district is walkable.

What was not to like? Excellent everything! Loved the property owners. They were very helpful and accommodating. Fantastic breakfast. Enjoyed waking up to deer in the morning! The chocolate on the pillow and daily cookies were an added bonus. Everything was immaculate. Cleaner than my own place.lol I cannot wait to return!

The best bed and breakfast so far. Every aspect was exceptional. Our hosts made us feel like family. Homemade cookies, candy, and fresh flowers, as well as the fabulous presentation of a scrumptious breakfast each morning put Arsenic and Old Lace at the top of my list I would recommend it to anyone.

Away from the crazy work schedules, we came to Eureka Springs and enjoyed staying at the Patio Suite room for 3 nights. The fresh breakfasts --CHAMP! In the evening time, we were able to see the red cardinal birds in back of the patio area. Also, it is walkable to the historic downtown and shopping however it was a cold day we chose to drive and park there. It is easy to drive out to many national forest parks and trails near Eureka Springs. We would stay here again next time.

Absolutely wonderful property and outstanding hosts. Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative thing. We had a quiet, relaxing stay and the hosts couldn’t have been better.

This was the most beautiful and quaint bed and breakfast I have ever seen. It is very picturesque and has a very homey atmosphere. The hosts, Rob and Brenda, were super nice and friendly and we immediately felt like we were old friends. Rob made the most amazing and unique breakfasts every morning, and nothing was repeated. Brenda baked delicious cookies and the whole place smelled like sweet goodness. The little town of Eureka Springs was like out of a novel. It was especially great because we were there for the changing of the leaves and Halloween, and the whole town really goes all out for holidays. We have already booked another trip there for next year. We really really loved it. Tom & Laura

Beautiful bed and breakfast in a lovely wooded, hilly setting. Hosts are very knowledgeable of the area. Loved seeing the deer that came up close to the inn. Breakfasts were delicious!

The inn keepers and staff are so friendly, the room is AMAXING!The garden is well kept and the wildlife is abundant. We stayed in the Tree Top Suite with floor to windows for an amazing view of the lush greenery that surrounds Eureka Springs. We are already planning to spend our next anniversary here!

Eureka Springs getaway
I couldn’t have asked for anything to be better about the room. The innkeepers are great and very knowledgeable about the area, and the breakfast was beyond amazing!

The B&B caretaker, Beverly, was informative, a great conversationalist and prepared the most fantastic breakfast I've had anywhere in years!!! Deer were feeding on corn outside the breakfast window, -a beautiful setting.

Enjoyed our visit to Eureka Springs and staying at this nice B&B. The Innkeepers were nice and very knowledgeable about the area. They let us check in early and made accommodations for some dietary restrictions. We stayed in the Patio Room which is the only room with direct outside entry. We toured the other rooms and they were very nice too. Breakfast was homemade and good. My only suggestions are to get rid of the reusable pods for the coffee-maker (just buy some real pods-for convenience [especially if you want a second cup in your room] and I think they would be more user-friendly and sanitary) and either a range for breakfast (say 9-10) or at least a bit later (say 10, currently 9). We enjoyed our stay and will probably see y'all again soon.

Lovely, very helpful hosts. Good location.
As above. Nice room and bath with all necessary supplies. Accommodations require quite a bit of stair climbing. Very knowledgeable host who gave generous advice regarding the town and restaurants. Fabulous breakfast! I would stay there again.
