- This property is located along the Tobacco River that feeds into Lake Koocanusa. Enjoy time at the cottage by floating and fishing the river or head up to the mountains for a hike or mountain bike ride. Within 5 minutes drive you can head down to the pristine Lake Koocanusa for the more intense water sports. There are also multiple award winning golf courses nearby. In winter the area is well known for its famous ski resorts all within an hours drive: Whitefish Mountain Resort, Fernie Alpine Resort and Turner Mountain Ski Area.
