"The parking was near our window so we could see our unit The breakfast was simple but good. "

"Older rooms, pretty well maintained. Clean linens. Basic breakfast. Friendly staff. Seemed a little overpriced for the area. Mattress is on a metal platform bed frame, which was a little squeaky whenever you moved. Also, not as comfortable as a traditional box spring & mattress combo. Randomly, the mini-fridge made a Darth Vader type noise constantly. "

"The lady at check in was lovely. However, the property leaves something to be desired. The building entrances are not locked, there were some unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot and in vehicles, and the smell of marijuana smoke was present in the hallways. I stayed in 4 hotels in 4 days and this was the most expensive of them all. There’s not many hotel choices in Delta, but this was pretty disappointing. "

"The toilet seat was on with one bolt and floor in bathroom was damaged from water and was raised that door was hard to close."

"This was such an awesome and peaceful stay! We recommend it to all who are planning on staying in payson or near by! They had everything that we forgot to bring haha! The host was also so great at answering messages quickly! "

"The pillows were comfortable, the bed was dreamy. We got in late and just had enough time to use the pool and hot tub, which were all extremely clean and well cared for. Best of all was Kyle at the front desk, truly a lovely individual. My husband and I would highly recommend."
