A Dutch husband and wife team, both educated at schools of architecture in the Netherlands, designed and built their dream home in the woods on the outskirts of Eugene. The result is a unique contemporary architecture perfectly nestled in the hillside. You experience mature Douglas Fir and Redwoods from all rooms. Although only ten minutes from the University of Oregon and downtown Eugene you have the feeling you are in the forest. The architecture is contemporary, practical and whimsical.
