This newly remodeled 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath home is located in the most beautiful setting amongst the trees! The home sits on a large lot with breathtaking views to take in from the multiple decks. Whether you are sitting by the fire pit, taking a dip in the brand new hot tub or laying out on the top deck hammock, you will be able to take in all the nature Eugene has to offer!

• An entertainer's dream! The backyard will be a memory you won’t forget with a beautiful hot tub amongst Douglas Fir Trees with a custom University of Oregon corn hole set (plus children's set too). On the other decks you will find a fire pit and lounge chairs, double hammock overlooking the whole city, outdoor lounge and dining set complete with a grill for your cookout. Inside the home we have everything to keep you entertained: Pool table, shuffleboard, poker table, XBOX with plenty of games, NBA Arcade game, and Pacman. We filled the house with so many activities, you won't want to leave!

• We have large 5 large Roku-enabled 4k TVs throughout the house so you can stream all your favorite shows on whichever streaming services you have. A tv can be found in each bedroom!

• Every room provides an excellent night’s sleep - all beds in the house are equipped with memory foam mattresses. One king bed in the master bedroom, and two more bedrooms down the hall equipped with a queen bed! The fourth bedroom comes with a twin bed and a Queen over Queen bunk bed! We even added a crib so the whole family can come! 2.5 beautifully remodeled bathrooms equipped with shampoo/body wash/conditioner!

• The extra large newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with anything you need to cook your entire group a delicious meal, including all pots, pans, utensils, plates, and baking supplies you could need. You'll also have access to a blender, rice cooker, waffle maker, serving platters, and plenty of spices for all your cooking needs.

• Work from home with our dedicated desk complete with a monitor and keyboard/mouse upstairs in the loft.

• Wifi speeds up to 1GB! Plus we put in a mesh wifi system so that you'll be able to access internet from any corner of the house.

• Coffee galore! We provide caffeinated and decaf coffee as well as plenty of tea and a tea kettle. Cream and sugar are available as well.

Please note that all security cameras are located outside the home for your safety and the safety of the property. There are absolutely not cameras inside the property. As well, since this home is in the woods, insects are a natural occurrence. We do get pest control spraying done once a month to prevent bugs from getting inside, but you may find spiders around the outside of the home. There is a broom outside to swipe them down. Pet fee is $150/stay. Late checkout of $50/hr
