Cute house
Cute house, roomy, comfy beds. Perfect location for downtown. Street parking only, but it was never a problem. Eugene has a big homeless population, but again not a big issue for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Coaching clinic
We came and stayed for a coaching clinic. The house was great for what we needed. The neighborhood not so great but nothing that the owner can change. The owner was a great host answered all our questions immediately. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful place to stay
The house was exactly as described and same as the pictures. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of bedding & pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. Lots of very thoughtful items in the house to use. Bathrooms were great with lots of hot water and even a claw bathtub. We agreed we would stay here again when in Eugene.

Everything that we needed, and more!
Sprawling home, and so comfortable. We thank our hosts for providing everything that we could possibly need for our stay. Downtown close to everything...walk down the alley to the best bakery in existence, walk a little further for Dutch Bros coffee. Love the access to tacos in Eugene...gained 4 pounds in 4 days; beware!

Mini-Break
I picked this little house because of its proximity to the Hult Theatre. It is a lovely little house, with charming decorations and nice features like sound machines in bedrooms and the most comfortable beds and pillows. We didn't want to get out of bed. If I'm in Eugene again this will be the first rental I look at for my stay.

Snug and warm in an ice storm
I loved staying in this historic property. It was a great value and was close to our conference. It kept us safe and warm during the ice storm; we were lucky to never lose our electricity. The pictures did not do the place justice; it’s a very cute house with all the necessities.
