The Space
Open concept living space features vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. Luxurious primary bedroom is located at the back of the house with a KING size bed and desk/work space. The primary bath boasts a tiled walk-in shower and double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen bed with lots of natural light pouring in the large windows. Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Secondary bedrooms are located down the hallway away from the living space and share the second bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms are supplied with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash Q-tips and cotton balls. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances including a gas stove and is stocked with most essentials. Help yourself to coffee (Columbian dark roast) and tea. If there is something you don't see, don't hesitate to ask. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which seats up to 8. There is additional seating at the kitchen island perfect for kiddos or a quick bite to eat. The comfortable family room has a gas fireplace and large TV with cable. Laundry room is off of the living space and includes laundry pods/dryer balls. Covered patio offers seating, grill, and water feature (seasonally). The converted garage features ping pong, putting green, seating, TV and TRACKTOWN wall mural. Enjoy the luxurious, five person hot tub, equipped with 28 therapy jets, cover lift assist, and steps.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the house, yard & driveway. Garage has been converted to a game room with laundry. Please keep garage doors shut and do NOT park in the garage.
Other things to note
Stellar restaurants and shopping only 1/3 of a mile away. Alton Baker Park is Eugene’s largest park. It includes developed park land, natural area, bike trails and a 4 mile running trail (Pre’s trail), which is only 1 mile away from where you’ll stay. Autzen Stadium is within walking distance - only 1.2 mi. away. Hayward field is 2.8 miles away. Willamette River, bike trails and freeways easily accessible.

The home is located on a relatively busy road which means it is conveniently located and easy to find, but comes with some road noise. Sound machines are available in each room.
