Face it. You miss college. Best 4 or 5 years of your life, right!?!? Oh…if we could only go back. Good news! You can relive college right now! But...now your "college" home is a nice, clean, grown-up place (buh-bye dorms!).

Conifer House is a well-appointed, renovated townhouse in the heart of Eugene. Close to campus, Safeway, restaurants, bars and shops. Close to Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena and Autzen Stadium. Pregame and walk to the game. Stretch out and run to the starting line.
The space
Enjoy comfy queen beds, cable TV, WiFi, fresh coffee and a washer/dryer.

Stay fit on the go with weights or yoga in the home gym. Get in a run on Amazon Creek Trail. Tennis courts, beach volleyball, playgrounds, an aquatic center and a kids sports complex are all nearby.

Play some records. Play some cards. Play some golf at Laurelwood Golf Course. Play Molkky (trust us, it’s fun!) in the private courtyard.

Grill. Chill. Read a book. Take a bath. Take a nap. Relax.

Then rally. You are still young and still awesome!

The entire place is yours. Two covered parking spaces. The townhouse. Two queen beds (and a pullout bed in the office/gym if you need it). The private courtyard.
Other things to note
We, Justin and Erika, have been Super Hosts for 5 years in Portland and now we’re thrilled to host a new townhouse in Eugene. We take great pride in the experience we provide. Erika enjoys cheering on her Cal Bears (UCB class of ‘98) when they play the Ducks. And Justin says Eugene reminds him of Isla Vista (UCSB class of ‘97)...but with FOOTBALL!!!
